Introduction: Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (HEE) is a tumor of vascular origin, infrequent in the pediatric age and even more infrequent at intestinal level. To our knowledge, there are no previous reports of pediatric patients with malignant humoral hypercalcemia associated with this tumor.
